Roger Stockton is a proud Nashvillian with deep roots in Southern California. He and his wife, Suzanne, spent 27 years in San Juan Capistrano raising their two daughters, Nicole and Danielle. After years of thoughtfully studying Nashville’s neighborhoods, growth patterns, and lifestyle, Roger and Suzanne made the move in 2023 and are proud to call Nashville home.

With more than 30 years of experience as a referral-only General Contractor, Roger built his career on listening closely, earning trust, and turning his clients’ visions into reality. His background includes working alongside top-producing real estate agents in Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona, as well as hands-on experience with real estate investments ranging from renovations and flips to long-term buy-and-hold properties.
